Women Empowerment Initiative

The Women Empowerment Initiative focuses on providing women in Oyam District with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to become financially independent and active leaders in their communities.

The program includes financial literacy training, savings group formation (VSLAs), leadership workshops, and advocacy for girls education. We work with local women groups to build sustainable community structures that continue to support women long after our direct involvement.

We have trained over 200 women in financial literacy, established 15 savings groups, and supported 30 women to start their own businesses.
