Ronald Ayesigwa
Founder & Executive Director
Ronald is the visionary founder of Kwan Empowerment Center. With a deep passion for community development and education, he has dedicated his life to empowering disadvantaged communities in Oyam District. Under his leadership, Kwan has grown from a small initiative to a recognized community organization supporting hundreds of scholars and community members.
Sarah Apio
Programs Coordinator
Sarah oversees the day-to-day operations of all Kwan programs, ensuring that scholarships, skills training, and community outreach initiatives run smoothly. With a background in social work, she brings compassion and organizational excellence to everything she does.
David Ochen
Education Officer
David manages the scholarship program, working closely with schools and scholars to monitor academic progress and provide support. A former teacher, he understands the challenges students face and is passionate about ensuring every child has access to quality education.
Grace Laker
Community Outreach Manager
Grace leads community engagement efforts, organizing health fairs, women empowerment workshops, and volunteer coordination. Her deep roots in the local community make her an invaluable bridge between Kwan and the people we serve.
Patrick Odong
Finance & Administration
Patrick handles the financial management and administrative operations of Kwan Empowerment Center. His meticulous record-keeping and transparent reporting ensure that every donation is accounted for and directed to where it is needed most.
Mary Atim
Skills Training Instructor
Mary leads the vocational skills training programs, specializing in tailoring and small business management. A successful entrepreneur herself, she inspires trainees with practical knowledge and real-world business skills that prepare them for economic independence.
