Vocational Skills Training

The Vocational Skills Training program empowers community members with practical, income-generating skills. We offer training in tailoring, agriculture, carpentry, and small business management.

Training programs run for 3 to 6 months and include both classroom instruction and hands-on practice. Upon completion, graduates receive a starter toolkit to help them begin their own enterprises or secure employment.

Over 120 community members have graduated from our vocational programs, with 70% successfully starting their own small businesses within the first year.
